This session runs on Sat 25th March at 10.00am for approximatley 45 mins including refreshments.
These sessions are perfect for children aimed 3-6 years but we are flexible and children slightly older or younger are welcome. Studies have found that kids yoga helps them learn how to release stress, retain more information, and increase confidence and happiness, among other benefits. Positive thinking techniques increase a child’s awareness of the power of their own thoughts and give them access to being the author of their own life.
These fun sessions use a selection of 14 Magic Yoga Cards that incorporate yoga poses and stretches, self expression, emotions and elements. We use a variety of games to incorporate the different cards into each session. Each session also includes meditation in the form of colouring mandalas and other focused mindful activities. We also encourage relaxation through our sensory lights and bean bags.
You can fully participate with your child or leave them to it. All instructors are First Aid qualified and CRB/DBS checked.
