Begin the year with a promise of self-care. As busy mums we look afgter so many others. Self care is crucial to fulfil this role.
These calm candlelit sessions are perfect for those wnating to clear their minds, replenish their energy levels and switch off. It is truly important for our overall wellbeing to have the opportunity to create some headspace in our busy and demanding worlds.
No previous experience is necessary. This gentle workshop incorporates core breathing, gentle stretches, mindfulness self care exercise such as facial massage. The session is rounded off with a 20 minute guided deep relaxation sequence. A range of refreshments is then provided.
The aim of the session is to:
Allow you to gain inner calm
Dissolve your stress and tension
Teach you elements of mindfulness
Reduce worry and anxiety
Improve the quality of your sleep
All equipment (yoga mats, blankets, bean bags and cushions) is provided. Sessions are held at our dedicated Studio. The quiet, candlelit aroma-filled space is just perfect for this class and ensures that you will leave the session calm, balanced and ready for an amazing nights sleep. The session also includes a selection of refreshments including herbal teas.
