Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Cancellation

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. Cancellations should be made by calling our customer service line on +44 (0)1327 341 028 or by emailing customerservices@huddleandbliss.com.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Act

We are fully conversant with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Act, which provides for a 7 day ‘cooling off’ period after you have received the products (subject to the limitations set out below).

If you cancel this Agreement on this basis, you must inform us in writing and return the Products to us immediately, complete, in the same condition in which you received them, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. We will not refund or exchange items that are not in perfect condition, appear used or washed. Products returned by you within the 7 working day period referred to above will be refunded in full (including the cost of sending the Products to you). However, you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the Product to us. (The right to return goods does not apply to (i) cosmetics and toiletries, (ii) lingerie, (iii) products made to order, including all personalised products).

If you cancel this Agreement on this basis and you do not then return to the Products to us as instructed, we may recover the Products and charge you for the costs we incur in doing so. Similarly, if you return the Products at our expense, we will pass that expense on to you.


To return a Product to us, you should complete the returns form that was enclosed with your Order. You should clearly state whether you would like an exchange of goods or a refund. Items should be re-packed accordingly along with your invoice and sent back to us at:-

You are strongly advised to obtain proof of postage for any returns as we are not able to take responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Faulty Goods

You may cancel this Agreement if the Products supplied are faulty.

Faulty Products returned by you will be refunded in full (including the cost of sending the Products to you, and the cost of returning the Products to us). Alternatively, if mutually acceptable, we will supply you with a replacement or suitable substitute Product.


If you cancel this Agreement and are entitled to a refund, we will normally refund any money received from you using the same method whereby payment was made for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the date that we received your notice of cancellation.

Competition Rules

These rules apply to each Competition we run on the Site and at any of the events we attend. As the individual terms and conditions may vary, you should check each competition for its individual terms and conditions by visiting www.huddleandbliss.com.

By participating in any Competition you as an entrant agree to be bound by the Competition Rules (and any other rules that apply to each such Competition) and by our decisions, which are final in all matters relating to the Competition.

No purchase is necessary to enter a Competition.

All prizes are non-transferable. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to substitute any and all prizes with prizes of comparable value.

We reserve the right to implement age requirements or other eligibility criteria where necessary. Competitions are not open to our employees, nor to any sponsors or their employees, nor to the immediate families of such employees or sponsors.

In the event you win a competition, in order to be eligible for prizes, you agree to the following: (i) release us from any and all liability, claims, demands and causes of action for personal injury and/or damages, theft, or loss suffered in connection with this Competition or in the use or acceptance of the prize, save where due to our negligence, (ii) allow us to use your name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation .

Winners will be notified by email as soon as possible after the Competition draw and will be listed on our website, www.huddleandbliss.com. Entrants should ensure that they complete the correct email address on their entry form. If we are unable to contact you by email you will forfeit your prize. If you do not respond to our emails within seven days then you will forfeit your prize. For the name(s) of winners please contact us, specifying the name of the competition, by email at enquiries@huddleandbliss.com.

Winners of Competitions agree that neither us nor our employees or any sponsors shall have any liability in connection with the acceptance or use of any of the prizes awarded to them. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant and/or winner at our absolute discretion.

The Products will be delivered to the addressed indicated in your Order. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses (except BFPO).

Stock levels permitting, orders are usually despatched within 24 hours for delivery with mainland UK customers within 7 days. If an item is not available from stock we will notify you by email accordingly and despatch it to you as soon as possible and within 30 days.

Dates quoted for delivery are estimates only. Delivery dates may be subject to change and we can accept no liability or responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage for delivery outside of the estimated date of delivery. For orders to International Destinations outside of the European Union please contact us via email at customerservices@huddleandbliss.com for a personal quotation. Please include details of the items you wish to purchase and we will very quickly respond with the shipping cost for your required destination. We will then send you a Paypal invoice for the amount due. As soon as payment is received your goods will be dispatched.


For orders of goods totalling over £50.00 free delivery is included to addresses in mainland UK.

Wrapping & Packaging

huddle & bliss signature wrapping is included free of charge with each order. This packaging varies according to product. Some items are boxed, some are presented wrapped in tissue. If a box is included it is detailed on the individual product pages. All other items are in tissue. From time to time it may be necessary for us to amend the packaging included, but please be assured that each and every product you purchase from us will be presented beautifully and stylishly. Optional gift wrapping at an additional cost is available for many of our products, please see the product page and check the box accordingly.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be redeemed for purchases made via www.huddleandbliss.com.

Gift vouchers are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Gift vouchers can be used for purchases of a higher value on payment on the price difference via our usual payment methods.

The minimum spend value for online purchases made via a gift voucher is £10.00.

Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

Overseas Orders, VAT & Duty

Our website, brochures, our Agreement and Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law.

We are happy to accept enquiries and orders for Products from individuals outside of the UK but we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placement of any order via this website from outside of the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Also, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

For orders to be delivered to European or International destinations you can place the order online or by telephone on +(44)1604 832759. These orders are subject to different delivery charges from the UK and are detailed above.

The prices on the Site include any value added or sales taxes (where applicable) at the current rate. If the Products are being shipped to a location outside of the European Union, then your value added or sales tax will be zero. If your Products are being shipped to a location within the European Union then the price of your Order will include value added or sales tax at the current rate (where applicable).

The current rate of value added or sales tax is 20%.

Export orders (outside of EU) will have the relevant VAT amount deducted.

All overseas deliveries are subject to additional customs or import duties which are applied once your Order reaches the destination country. We have no control over these charges and are not able to predict them. All such charges are your responsibility. Overseas deliveries may also be liable to Customs & Excise delays.

Payment for all Products must be made online by debit/credit card, via Paypal or with huddle & bliss gift vouchers. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta (Visa Debit) & Maestro (Switch) cards.

Personalised Goods

When an order for personalised goods is placed, you must take as much care as possible in giving us your personalisation instructions. We cannot accept liability for incorrectly personalised items if your instructions are unclear or incorrect.

We may refuse to personalise items if we think that the personalisation is offensive or illegal. You agree to indemnify us against any claims or costs we may incur because your instructions cause us to break the law or rights of anyone.

If you ask us to alter your personalisation after your initial order has been received, we will make our best efforts to do so without making additional charges, but this cannot be guaranteed as it depends on how far your order has progressed.

Placing an Order

By placing an order with us it will be construed that you have read, understood and accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not understand or accept any part of these terms then you should not place an order with us.

After making your Product selection you should add the items to the shopping cart and then proceed to our checkout procedure.

If you are a new customer, you will be required to create an account with us and log in to the Site. If you are an existing customer, you must enter your login details.

Once you are logged into the Site you will then be required to select your preferred delivery method (if a choice is available). You will then be transferred to our secure payment area where we will request authorisation for payment by your debit/credit card.

By placing an order with us you are making an offer to purchase goods from huddle & bliss as described on our website and in your order. No contract comes into force between you and us unless and until we accept your Order.

Upon receipt of your order we will send you an email with our first confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We will then send you an email with our second confirmation which constitutes our acceptance of your order. A contract between you and huddle & bliss does not exist until you receive this second confirmation.

Please note that we will not file a copy of this Agreement. We may update the version of this Agreement on the Site from time to time, and we do not guarantee that the version you have agreed to will remain accessible. We therefore recommend that you download, print and retain a copy of this Agreement for your future reference.

Product Care

A copy of these instructions is supplied with each applicable order.

All of the products we have selected for their outstanding quality and great value for money. To assist in you getting the most from the products you purchase from us, please take the time to follow our simple care guidelines. All products are labelled with fabric and washing information. Our products are made from natural fibres which do shrink. We have allowed for this shrinkage within our sizing, however if you wash or dry our products at excessively high temperatures then more shrinkage will be caused than we have allowed for.

Our baby and children’s pyjamas and clothing are made from excellent quality pure cotton interlock and are sized to allow for a washing shrinkage. These items are best not tumble dried as additional shrinkage may be caused, but simply removed from the machine and reshaped whilst still damp. Ironing of these items can often be avoided.


We highly recommend that all products should be divided into light and dark colours for washing. Today, excellent washing results can be achieved washing at lower temperatures without using biological washing products that may affect the colours of your items.


Line-drying products will give crease-free and fresh results. However, the tumble dryer is the most convenient option for many people and when used correctly can give great results. Do not over-dry your items and remove them as soon as the cycle is finished to minimise creasing. If you remove and fold items promptly then ironing can be often avoided.


Avoid overloading your washing machine and tumble dryer to reduce creasing. Do not over-dry your products. Natural fibres do crease more than synthetic ones, but this does reduced over time and with usage. For best results, iron natural fibre products while they are still slightly damp. A steam iron will give the best results. Over-dry items should be moistened with a linen or water spray before ironing.

Our own linen spray gives a subtle and fresh lavender scent whilst moistening the fabric ready for ironing.

Embroidered and hand-embellished items should be ironed on the reverse to avoid damage to the decoration.
