Ordering
We now have online ordering from our secure site with Sage Pay. Simply add the items of your choice to your basket and when you are ready and have finished shopping proceed to checkout where you will be requested to enter your card details and delivery address. We will do the rest.
If you find ordering online a daunting prospect, and would prefer to order via the telephone, please call Debbie on 0121 459 9777, and she will be happy to take your order.
Ordering online couldn’t be simpler
• Choose the items you would like to order.
• Click on the Add to cart/ Check your shopping cart details are correct .
• Decide if you wish to continue to shop or to proceed to checkout. If proceeding to checkout…
• Click on Checkout. Choose your delivery, enter your contact details and click on the button marked Proceed
Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Should any item be out of stock, we will send an email to you, letting you know when it will become available.
Should you require a speedier delivery time, please choose our Next Day Delivery option. Our next day delivery service is available Monday – Thursday if we receive your order by 12pm midday. It is 99% Guaranteed but subject to the following conditions:-
*We were unable to deliver because there was no-one to sign for your item
*The delivery address is in an area of the UK where we do not guarantee next day delivery
*Adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control
If you change your mind, as long as your order has not been despatched, just call us on 0121 459 9777 to cancel the order or email info@fancymetalgoods.co.uk
All damages must be reported within 3 days.
